Liver Care and Chin Breakout

Hi all!

A few weeks ago, I started taking Himalaya's Liver Care. First one tablet a day and then 2 a day. After a while, I started having a big breakout on my chin area and both sides of my chin. If I remember correctly, this area is associated with the reproductive organs. I read on a recent post here that excessive estrogen is stored in the liver. I believe that I'm estrogen-dominant, so I'm wondering if the Liver Care triggered my liver to start releasing stored up estrogen? And if that sounds to be the case, what's the best way to get that excessive estrogen cleaned out of there (without the massive chin breakouts)? Of course there's liver cleanses, but I think I believe that Shelley said that Manganese will get the excessive estrogen out. So I'm wondering what the best method is? Just a low and slow dose of the Liver Care, start taking Manganese (what dose??), or something else?

Yes, that is quite possible. Mostly all you can do is to make sure the toxins exit fast, which means drinking my Cleasning Drink at least once a day, and perhaps a cup of Eater's Digest tea and a fiber shake, along with one dose of good raw oil.

Thanks Shelley!!

I tested some of Perelandra's microbial balancing solutions (I already take a few of them) and got a yes for the reproductive, endocrine and digestive ones. I just got them today, so I'm hoping those (especially reproductive) will also help to balance everything out.

If I wanted to supplement the manganese to see if it'll help clean out the estrogen, what kind of dosage should I take and for how long?

Take the RDA, or no mroe than twice the RDA, for about a month and see what that does.

Lately all of my ACNE has relocated to my chin area also..
(previously jawline issue)

...after taking L-Glutamine & Dandelion (Liver) tonic.

Has the MANGANESE helped you on this..?

any advice is appreciated!

Acne will tend to relocate once you start cleansing. The toxins in your body shift, and your acne shifts with it. That just means you haven't gotten it all out of your system completely. Keep cleansing! Smile

A few days ago I noticed a cist like pimple on the left side of my waist !!!!! Shocked

Does this mean anything in particular ???
