Ive been hearing a lot about how unabsorbable Calcium carbonate is (and that it may actually be harmful to certain body processes).

That we should be using more absorbable forms of calcium in our supplements (oroate, or citrate). Does anyone have any websites that detail the best form of a supplemental mineral?

Shelley, do you suggest switching CalMagZinc to CalMag Citrate (also by solaray). I'd rather spend an extra £1 or two and get a better product!

This makes things much more confusing! Wink
