Hi Shelley,
I have been trying to get back into exercising after being ill for the last year with tremors etc.
I was just wondering every time I exercise sometimes the next morning I have flu like symptoms, runny nose, sore throat. I know that all parts of my body ache due to the work out. I was just wondering is this normal? Or is my body not ready for a Cardio workout and instead should I stick to Pilates/Yoga?
Thanks in advance

Exercise is cleansing! so you go through a healing crisis. Do some cleansing (detox baths, trampoline, enemas/colonics, fiber shakes, liver management...) and the symptoms should go away. Also be sure to drink one of the Cleansing Drinks, juice or herbal teas prior to working out.
Where exactly are you working out? You could be reacting to toxins, cleansing agents, pesticides, smog... a SinuCleanse neti pot system really helps iwth that. |

Hey Shelley

I work out infront of the TV (its a DVD workout). The problem is that I live infront of a train station, so maybe the crap from the trains could be causing it.
I think I will go back to walking (even though I hate exercising outdoors, everyone stops you for directions cause they know you are a local)
I will continue the cleasing as you have suggested.

| Google "Neti Pot" or go to Amazon and search for Sinucleanse. It's a teapot ,basically, been used for centuries in Europe and India. They have next to no sinus troubles or colds there but of course here the info was pretty much suppressed. |

I got a very small neti pot a few weeks back, and used it the other day when I had the sniffles. BRILLIANT!
I felt so clean and fresh afterwards!
I know it can look a bit daunting to do, but its really easy as long as you follow all the instructions.
Have a read here, its the method I used.
