Many would not necessarily recommend a product that supplies magnesium without calcium unless there is a specific imbalance that needs correcting.

It is usually always best to have Cal Mag in a 2 : 1 ratio.

What if you drink a lot of kefir, eat yogurt, and drink rice milk, almond milk? You get enough calcium, but not enough magnesium.

Yes, this is true. High calcium, low magnesium from dairy is an issue with a lot of people. Though calcium is lot a lot in order to neutralise strong acidic substances like fizzy drinks.

My symptoms suggest magnesium deficiency, so Ive ordered some 'Natural Calm' to keep my levels up.
