Detox Bath is in the FAQ under Vital health managemnet, since it's one of the tools of VHM.
Random itches is too much phosphorous and not enough calcium, so analyze your diet - are you taking calcium? getting plenty in your diet? We need 500 mg a day minimum and most people don't get that once they stop drinking milk.
If it's only your legs, then it's more likely a combo of acid toxins (when you start getting better nutrients the body goes woo hoo! and starts exiting them), shifting microbe colonies, and poor circulation. Exercise, dry skin brushing, sweating, probiotics and the Cleansing Drink should take care of whatever's going on. Or a colonic/enema. |
