Hello Shelley and All,

I wasn't sure where to put this question.

OK, they say reg. tea has more caffeine than coffee, so why does my body get a jult from coffee and tea I have not problems with. Is it the oils in the coffee? My rash even bothers me with coffee, but tea nothing.
I think it is the oils in the coffee. The caffeine probably sticks to the oils.

Does anyone know the answer to this one, maybe it is just me that reacts to them this way.

Thank you
Beachbum

Black Tea has 40% of the caffeine of the typical coffee, green tea even less.
