The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook
by Edmund J. Bourne
I was reading in a post about a person who suffers anxiety... and it is quite common when the body is out of sorts. Especially when we go through 'die off' or the removal of toxins, we tend to get a little uneasy and emotionally scared/anxious.
I found this book to be a God-send, and I still read it to keep my mind in check when feeling stressed or anxious.
The author is very open minded and talks about all avenues when coping with anxiety etc. From natural methods to medications and therapies. I highly recommend it. Check it out (and reviews) at:

Anxiety attacks are tough and one second of it seems like eternity. Please know it will pass and you will be fine. My doctor gave me these very straight forward yet helpful words: “No one has ever died from anxiety or panic attacks, but they do come out of it stronger than ever”.
Before I discovered that book I turned to this web site: http://www.panicattacks.com.au/
It has so many good resources to read which give massive reassurance. I remember some good case studies on their which I related to and I felt less alone in my fears. I will pray for your healing, and for you to feel safe and happy. |
