Yep, it's one of the self-tests explained in the FAQ to determine if something really is bad for you, an allergan, or leaky gut.

Yeah, I'm B+ also, and it really bugs me when the Blood Type Diet says we have to avoid avocado. I ignored it, and I'll probably do a pulse test just to be sure. Some foods I agree with like not eating a lot of tomato, but even then, I still feel very good after having the occaisional salsa with rice crackers or the occaisional thin slice of tomato with eggs in the morning. So very English of me when I indulge in that. However, I DO NOT do red sauces or large quantities of tomato. I can TELL it does not do well for my body. Avocado, though, I think is like coconut oil (which the blood type diet says is an absolute avoid for every blood type and which I heartily disagree with because of it's positive impact on my thyroid). We B+ are also supposed to stay away from cinnamon. That one I'm having trouble with as well. Cinnamon has so many curative properties.

Oh, ya. I had a mini Twix bar this morning, but before that I had the "Membrane Fluidizer Cocktail", and after that I had egg and broccoli quiche for breakfast with a glass of fresh carrot/celery/ginger juice, and for lunch I'm having a buffalo beef patty, baby romaine salad with feta, some kefir and samosa. Dinner is likely going to be tres healthy, too.

Now, if I'd have skipped breakfast in favor of an entire Twix bar, I'd be feeling like garbage right now. LOL Who wouldn't???

You know, after reading the Blood Type diet book guidelines for all blood types, I actually feel lucky to be a B. Although, I'd love it if beef were on the "beneficial" list the way venison and lamb are. It's cheaper!
