Now this was 4 weeks back..n it took 4 weeks of plenty of coffee enemas and homeopathic medicines n good food to get down the acne...my question is...is enema enuf post flush??..i do not have the convenience of colonics/colema here in india.....so i haveta make do with enema...how effective is enema?..and wat about SWF?

You may wanna do enema preflush and post flush. Thats what I did, and all I got was one tiny breakout. You can do a SWF as well, and this could be more thorough as it gets the small intestines as well, but check to make sure there is not a deep crack bisectng your tongue (may mean irritated colon or leaky gut, a SWF would irritate it even more). Also, the post flush enema I did was one with some liquid bentonite mixed in, apparently this is great for grabbing toxins from the colon and exiting the quickly. See FAQ for enema recipes. Don't forget the P&B shakes post flush either. But be careful not to overdo the P&B because you absorb some of the aluminum in it, just follow what it says in the FAQ. All I do for liquid bentonite is the occasional enema and shakes following liver flushes. Hope his helps!

| You can also do slower liver cleansing which is actually better in many ways now that you've done one major flush. You got out some stones, now you need to dissolve the rest and take out all the OTHER things that shouldn't be in the liver. Please read the FAQ for more info. |

You can't get ACV??? Hmmm... look for pineapple vinegar then, or do the alternate cleansing drink - recipe in FAQ.
You can dissolve stones with lecithin and malic acid, gold coin grass... we've all done it, with very little healing crisis. We've all gotten rid of our acne with a combination of bowel managements (enemas are best), the right diet, taking Skin Food, and liver management. Two flushes got rid of my forehead acne immediately, but I had to do the rest to get rid of all the other eruptions and have beautiful skin again.
Just keep reading all the pages, posts and FAQ entries. You'll pick it up. |
