Do you recommend taking a Multi-Vit every day in addition to things like NYF, Emergen-C, etc? I was taking GNCs Womans Ultra Mega for a while but stopped for a while....I probably need a m ilti vit every day as I dont think I get enough from foods.....what is a good brand to take? I still have the GNC, do you think thats OK? What do you take?
