Hi Shelley!
I was prepared to do my first liver flush tomorrow afternoon. I also have a scheduled colonic for Monday afternoon. I've been preparing for this for weeks!
However, the last two days, I have been experiencing nighttime leg cramping, which indicates to me an electrolyte imbalance. I am aware of the dangers of doing a Liver Flush when one has an electrolyte imbalance, possibly from my taking of triphala guggulu herbs this past week.
Will the experts please advise? Is one day enough to balance my electrolytes, or should I wait longer to do my first liver flush? I want my first one to be successful!
Thanks so much for your help,
Mariss |

I recommend that everyone healing/cleansing take Cal-Mag Fizz on a near-daily basis as we shed a lot of calcium when shedding bad acids. If your right leg spasms, you're low in calcium. If your left leg spasms, you're low in magnesium in proportion to calcium. Either way, Cal-Mag Fizz will sort you out in no time and you can flush very safely. YOu may also need potassium, but you shouldn't if you've added Apple Cider Vinegar to your diet as I recommend in my Cleasning Drink. Everything I recommend is designed to keep you feeling comfortable!!! |
