Hello Shelley,
I am the one that absolutately hates keifer. Well, I made a drink with about 3/4 cup of keifer, 1 tsp of xyl. sweetner, 1/2 pint blueberries, 1/4 cup of almond milk, vanilla ext.,and 1/4 of a banana. Well it tastes great. This is the only way so far I can tolerate this stuff. So my question is, even though there is sugar from the banana will it still be benefical for me to still drink it. So will I still be getting the good guys? I know I shouldn't have keifer on the leaky gut diet, but if it doesn't bother me is it ok.
I also notice when I add NYF and lecitin to my drinks (not this time) my rash will get worse. I don't know if that is allergy or healing.
Can you still have a rash even without having a leaky gut. Can it just be candida? I am the one that has a rash around the mucus areas of the body--mouth, eyes, and down south area. I also have on my left foot athletes foot (and my left hand looks like the same too), and my right foot I have on my big toe (nail funus).
My bowls aren't fully formed. They are the size of a pencil. I guess you can say I am constipated, so, I finely gave in yesterday and gave myself an enema. I never though I would do that, but it wasn't that bad. Do they make you sweat? I hardly ever sweat and I was just about sweating bullets.
Thank you

Yep, they can make you sweat! Just make sure the water is warm but not hot and salted with about a tablespoon of salt. It helps!
That sounds like a fantastic smoothie! go for it. Shouldn't be a problem.
Try just using Lecithin for awhile. If lecithin makes you break out, it's a healing reaction and okay. Just keep going. With NYF it might not be a healing reaction, it might be a reaction to something else so we have to rule that out. People who are compromised can't always handle NYF. Switch to a B vitamin complex for a few weeks instead, or take Emergen-C which has lots of B vits too.
You can have a rash just due to candida, yep. Candida can really mess you up whether or not you have leaky gut.
If the stools are uniform (one color one texture) then you're fine, nothing to worry about. It's common to have thin stools during cleansing, in fact, that's waht you want. I should clarify that... hmmm...
Are you taking Cal-Mag Fizz? That should help with the foot fungus. Plus, take the ACV detox bath once a week. |

Hello Shelley,
First of I read your sticky on the BM's. It is much clearer.
The other thing is I would like to Thank you for answering all my posts.
How are you new jobs going (hostess & computer teacher?). I don't know how you do it. You manage to work at 2 paying jobs and then handle this website.
Where the hex do you get the energy? Oh, wait a minute you must follow your own advise and do your cleanses and eat right.
Well God Bless You

Heh, I'm not teaching yet, the traditional school year doesn't start until the end of August. Then I'll be super busy but that's how I like it. If I slow down too much I just end up watching TV and reading all day and I prefer being productive. So I'm just having to do the paperwork that has to happen before school starts and I was promoted from hostess to server which has been very intense - the restaurant is very fast-paced. I'm getting great workouts both mentally and physically! Whew I never really appreciated how hard servers worked. |
