I recently ordered fruiteze (havnt got it yet) but now am reading about triphala....should i order that too? Or should I only use one or the other? What do you reccommend? I cannot even have a BM on my own anymore without the use of laxatives....

Triphala will restore bowel health and natural bowel movements. Fruit-eze will mainly only add good fiber to your diet.

i just bought triphala, it says to take 3 capsules daily with a meal or glass of water....i decided to just take two to begin with. Should I take them separetly like 1, 3 times a day? Or how should I take this? (Im also taking fruit-eze 2-3 times/daily!
