Hi Shelley,
I bought a new herbal tea today called:
Four O'Clock Organic, GINKGO GINGER
http://www.montanacoffee.ca/teas.html
INGREDIENTS:
Organic ginger root, organic ginkgo biloba leaves, organic rosehips, organic
rosemary leaves, organic lemon peel, organic spearmint leaves, organic
peppermint leaves, organic cinnamon bark, organic lemon oil, ginkgo biloba extract.
What do u think of this mixture ??? Are there too many herbs ??
I would like to have it when I eat cakes, cookies since
u say that ginger helps digestion
or simply as a cold tea when it gets so hot in the summer.
~ or ~
Am I better of drinking a ginger tea instead ??
I appreciate ur advice THANKYOU |

| that sounds fantastic! You can have lots of herbs in a tea, that's okay. If it tastes good and your body reacts fine then go for it! |
