Hi Shelley
I hope you are doing well and life is good.
I did my 19th flush last weekend. I follow the Hulda Clark protocol. Throughout the past 4 years of cleansing and flushing I have gotten some really wierd things out of my intestines and liver.
This last flush seems to be the wierdest of all. Saturday of the flush, during the morning I ate alot of watermelon but before that I had a mixture of 60ml of Castor Oil and 100ml of Orange Juice shaken together to help cleanse my digestive tract. I didn't think anything of it when I started to eliminate lots of watermelon pieces that evening after the epsom salts. Actually alot more than I really ate. And, the following morning I eliminated dark greenish brown stones first then came these mucus red things lots of them. I thought at first it was the watermelon that I had eaten the morning before but then thought that was not possible. The mucus was red. There were quite a few of them, at least 100. The following day I felt as if I were a child again. I had more energy than I had in just decades and life was good again.
The only problem I still have is my hateful weight gain. If I can't control it I am going to be forced to go to a thyroid specialist (which I DO NOT WANT TO DO AT ALL) I have been taking lecithin and Chitosan with my meals for the past several weeks. It has helped with the bloat a little but not really doing much. I am still gaining (it is scary)
Anyhoo, do you have any ideas at all what those mucus red things were? It is very puzzeling.
Take care and be well

| they might have been white or clear originally and then soaked up the red from the watermelon. |
