Hey all,

I'm doing a cleansing protocol and things are progressing well. I have a few questions I'd like to clear up on food stuff:

- Is it okay to drink fruit juice with meals?
- Just started triphala, taking in afternoon inbetween lunch and dinner. Is this best taken on an empty stomach?
- Which meals besides Kichadi (just made my best batch yet Smile ) and soups can stay good as leftovers?
- In the faq it mentions that an empty stomach burns toxins. If agni is stronger, does it burn more toxins? (trying to decide if its better to have a snack inbetweeen B/L or L/D)

Thanks!

Ryan

Not recommended, unless it's lemonaid or limeade.

Doesn't really matter.

Rice and beans, leftover hot cereals can be kept for awhile and reheated or used in pancake batter yum!

Yes. Agni=fire=burn toxins. IF you snack, eat a smaller dinner or wait longer for dinner... or skip a meal the next day...

Great. I'll put this knowledge into practice right away. Thanks.
