Okay so I am taking a break from liver flushes to do the candida diet. I am not sure if candida is causing my acne or not but I am hoping this will let me know. Wish me luck!

Hey Laney,
I am doing the same. I wrote myself a protocol (it's in my log) based on Shelley's notes, other stuff I've read, and my intuition. I think I need to severely restrict all carbs for a short time, so that's what I'm doing.
Even if you don't have candida, the diet is pretty good for eliminating acne because it restricts things people are most likely to have sensitivities to.
Anyway, good luck!

Ugh, right now I am definitely fighting some kind of sickness or another. I am pretty sure it is directly related to the candida diet. Possibly die off. My glands are pretty swollen and I have a really achey headache. My mom told me that I am probably fighting a virus. Apparently the food chain goes like this: sugar feeds candida, and candida feeds viruses. Therefore it makes sense that I would be fighting a virus but it is certainly not fun. And my skin is not really doing any better. (I know, patience, patience...) Next week I am going to start using Hulda Clark's zapper just to see if it has any effect. Smile Then for the rest of the summer I am going to do some heavy metal detox (chelation). I am having so much trouble deciding whether to focus my energies on chelation or liver flushing. I don't know which one will be the quicker or better cure to my acne. I know I am mercury poisoned but I do not know if my liver is clogged. Thus my dilemma.

I did my fourth liver flush last weekend and it was pretty successful! I didn't count but I would guess I had around 50ish small stones. My biggest flush by far. That was definitely encouraging. I've also been doing a bit of comprehensive liver cleansing. Other than an initial small breakout immediately following the flush, my skin has been pretty clear. Recovery is in my future!

Skin has been clearer since my fourth flush, but not perfect. Had a minor breakout after my fifth flush, which did not yield any stones regardless of the three enemas I did. I might decide to try epsom salts instead. I think my issue is fat digestion so I am doing some comprehensive liver cleansing to work on that. I have a good feeling about this year. I just think I am going to be healed sometime this coming year. I am very excited!

Does anyone else have trouble w. the "jump to p1, 2, 3, "etc feature on this site..?
I always have to go to change posting to "most recent 1st" to navigate.

Hey Laney Smile

Just a quick question... You said earlier that you know you have mercury poisoning. How do you know this?

Also, your issue with fat digestion. I suspect I also have this problem, becuase on the last two occassions when I have eaten nuts or seeds late at night (I was up studying and snacking on them) I have woken up in the morning with nausea and started vomiting 10 minutes later! I am convinced it was the undigested nuts/seeds. So you say that comprehensive liver cleansing will help with this?

Congrats on coming along so well with your healing Smile especially for one so young. I'm only a bit older (22) and I know how hard it is to try and fit this in with study and exams - late nights trying to finish an essay without the help of sugar or caffeine is absolute hell!

Take care and keep us updated
Ariel xx
