I started using the sauna at the gym with the wood benches and hot rocks. Is it true that the infrared sauna makes you sweat out far toxins more than the hot rock sauna? Will time in the sauna significantly help with detox?

Sweating is very important. I don't necessarily recommend infra-red saunas.
