| These things are gross. What do you do with them to cover up the flavor. I tried juice but it is still pretty rank. |

I love the taste of them! Kinda cheesy. I stopped having them though, because I heard that they contain MSG - is this true, Shelley? I was always under the impression that MSG was a man-made, chemical substance, but apparently it can occur naturally too.  |

MSG occurs naturally, it is a protein that leaches out of bones while making broth, so the Japanese started extracting it for instant soup.
You don't have to worry about nutritional yeast flakes. The amount is miniscule, the body can handle smallish amounts no problem, it's not all bad! Just test your pulse after taking them and see if it raises more than 10%. If it doesn't, your body isn't reacting and is fine. |
