Hey all,
I was wondering if theres any guidelines to buying yogurt produts (other than sugar/preservative-free) that I should know before I go get some? Reason being because kefir is really expensive (5$ a small container), and while I'll have it occasinally there's no way I can afford to eat it often (student).

You don't need a lot of yogurt really, Kefir has better microbes. Just get the unsweetened kind and sweeten it yourself wtih some honey.
