firstly hiya guys hope you've all been well.
i've been away from the boards for quite a while. i'm doing much better these days. good bowel habits, smooth skin and just overall good fitness and health. i lost a ton of weight again while i was away in india and bangladesh but have built up from 10.5 stone to 13 stones of pure muscle .
one thibg i did notice while i was away is that these people had great skin. even though they were pretty sweaty and smelly. their diets consist mainly of rice, veg, and fish. sometimes beef. its from this i stumbled on the blood type diet. i am a+ and i found that most people in the area are. i've tried to stick close to the diet and have found that i really benefit from it. it also confirms a lot i always felt about myself. never was a big meat eater and i love things made from grains like chappatti, porridge and cereal and so on
any other thoughts? |

Hey you! good to hear from you again. So glad you adopted the blood type diet, so far just about everyone who has has seen marked benefits!
Exercise and sweating really does maintain young looking skin, but genetics plays a part too. Some skin types just age better. |
