Not at all true - in fact it's more the opposite. The egg white is nothing but a single protein, albumin, a truly vital protein that makes up the bulk of our plasma. The yolk however is a mess of proteins, fats, minerals... very complex and difficult to digest once cooked.
Eggs are easiest to digest when raw and just stirred or shaken, not put through a blender. |
