Hi everyone, after a blood test, the doctor said I have low cholesterol, low iron, low potassium, low calcium. He thinks I have adrenal exaustion, which I totally agree, but i didnt know about all the rest.He says the low cholesterol is not a good sign.I ve been very dizzy and weak in the past 3 days, not even able to do chores or take my kids to school. My blood pressure today was 102 by 70, but it has been very low in the past month or so.He says iam not anemic. My pulse is accelerated, he took it today and one week ago.
my breathing is also a bit tired. What worriesme is that he said adrenal exaustion would not cause low cholesterol, he said he never saw that happen. He said it could be parasites, fungus, heavymetal, or a tumor.
Shelley, please tellme what you think.
We are waiting for me to get stronger to do the saliva and urine test, bta.
I am staying bed all day. Please answer me.

Low cholesterol is caused by: Low potassium, low choline, high manganese, high magnesium, high sulfur, high Vitamin E, high PABA, high Vit B3/4.

Chances are you're not high in anything unless you've been supplementing. So stop supplementing if you have been. If you haven't, then the combo of low potassium, which you know about, AND low choline are probably the culprits. Make the Potassium Broth to cure low potassium, then add a tablespoon of Lecithin to your broth/milk/protein shakes 3x a day. That's a very safe way to get choline and cleanse the liver, which will help the adrenals. But get the potassium and calcium first.

Did he check your thyroid? Is your TSH within 3-5 ?

Have you had a hair analysis done? When your calcium is messed up, it could be hormones (parathyroid, thyroid, adrenals, pituitary), and it can also be metals toxicity.

Thanks a lot for answering so promptly.I take Juice Plus (dried fruit and veggie juices) for a couple of years now, it is a whole food supplement, that is the only thing I take.
I have low white blood cells count and i am not sure, but he said the TSH was not good... this morning I asked him over the phone about the TSH, he didnt have my records with him at the time , but he said normal is between 1.5 and 2 .When he gives me an aswer i will tell you.
No hair analysis. I ve been breastfeeding for almost 4 years my second child, the 1st one i did 2.5 years, do you think that could have caused the low calcium.
I dont understand something "...But get the potassium and calcium first" , that means just do the broth for some days , then do the shake with cows milk... sorry I dont get it very well.
He gave two supplements, Adrenamim and Organic bound minerals , the brand is SP (Standard Process), he gave some chinese herbal powder to restore my energy, I have no energy at all.
I am decided to do new things in my life , I ve through a lot on those 30 years , I had a very traumatic childwood because of my parents, and since I came to the US 11 years ago things got very complicated, I wrote a bit of my history in my 1st or 2nd post...but I have faith that God will give me strenght to overcame all sorrow and pain i ve been through in my life, cause i can see now that carrying that with me is very harmfull...
thanks for the support, your answer is truly appreciated.
