Yep, that's descending colon. If it's already that low but not coming out, glycerin tab suppositories or a Fleet enema or a retention enema of oils would probably be the best thing, available at any drugstore. Walking is fantastic, as is massage and stretching, like hurdler stretches that put pressure on the abs.
Until the discomfort passes, stick to a liquid diet. The cleansing drink will help get things out, they should chase a spoonful of olive oil.
When using coconut oil with food, it's best to mix the coconut with another oil that induces bile release to help with transit times/peristaltic action. like mix it with butter or olive oil 50/50. |
