Liver Flush #4

It's been a month. I took GCG and ACV for 5 days.

I didn't really follow the "no fat" rule. I had eggs and sprouted bread for breakfast. Then.... I had come dark chocolate for lunch. Twisted Evil That isn't the first time I've done that the day of a flush. Somehow I feel like I deserve something special on the days I flush.

Took less than a TB of epsoms.
Then did 1 cup of OO in 2 doses.
Felt nauseous, but ginger tea to the rescue again. I didn't puke.
This morning, I did Denise's method and drank a bottle of mag citrate. UGH, that stuff is as sweet as epsoms are bitter. Then I went back to bed...feeling pretty worked over.

Had oatmeal and toast, and since then I've been releasing a few stones, only about 10 so far. I'll climb on the colema board later.

Did my colema. I got a shower filter, so it was SO much easier to fill up my bucket! I usually have to boil 3 or 4 kettlefuls of filtered water. Cheaper too, than using the filtered drinking water that I buy by the gallon.

Anyway, I got out about 25 actual stones, and a little bit of other unidentifiable chaffy stuff. I cannot believe that people get out hundreds at a time!

If you break the stones up enough, you will get hundreds. I remember releasing massive amounts of stones during some colonics. It's unreal sometimes. Anyway, I'm glad you are at least getting some junk out.

What kind of shower filter do you have by the way?

I plan to get serious with the GCG before my next flush. I thought all the apple juice and ACV I consume would soften them enough....

......I'm so tiiiiiiiiiiiired, and I'm sore all over. This flush really worked me over.

The shower filter I have is Sprite brand, I think?

Well, I must admit I've been breaking out a bit in the weeks since that flush. I don't know why, but it may be because I'm not being as strict with my diet as I should be. I'm eating well, but have been drinking coffee w/cream. NO MORE.

I've had the realization that I might have roseaca (in addition to acne). I definitely have some redness that is not acne related. Not that it really matters, because everything I'm doing should help rosacea too. They really are pretty much the same thing, even though they say they aren't. They have the same basic etiology. One thing I did read, though, was that a study revealed that many people with rosacea have low stomach acid. So I got some HCl. I took one pill this a.m. - no reaction, so I'll continue the test tomorrow with 2 pills.

I have been taking GCG and am planning to flush again next weekend. I'm so over acne.

Liver flush #5

I took GCG for 2 weeks, plus daily ACV.

Semi-fasted on kefir and carrot-sorrel-garlic juice. YUM!
I got a preflush colonic.
I didn't take any epsom salts.
Did 3/4 cup OO divided up into 2 doses.

I felt fine and fell asleep easily, but woke up in the middle of the night and threw up just a little. No wretching or anything, and I felt better after that.

I drank magnesium citrate this morning.

I have done 4 enemas throughout the day and gotten out probably 30-40 stones (Good for me!). Most of them were bigger than peas, and I passed my first non-green stones - a few tan, jagged-y ones.

This has been my best flush since my first one. I still can't fathom getting out hundreds at a time...

I continued to pass stones for the rest of the day, 10 or so at a time.
I did another enema this morning and got a few more. I'll do another enema tonight or tomorrow to make sure I'm all clear.

I don't know how many total stones I passed, but this has definitely been the most productive flush for me. It gives me motivation to continue.

Liver Flush #6

Took GCG for 5 days

I took oxypowder in the evening
Did 3/4 cup OO divided up into 2 doses

Did enemas throughout the next day - maybe 50 stones

I'm going to take a break from liver flushing for awhile. So far, it hasn't alleviated any of my symptoms.

My log in the Personal Online Journals outlines where I'm going from here.
