What do you think of Lecithin Softgels? My grocery store was out of lecithin granuals, so I bought some of the softgel capsules. They are 1200 mg. They also have soybean oil listed as a last in the other ingredients. Thanks in advance!

hmm... use kinesiology to test them. Soy oil isn't great. Sad We try to avoid soy unless it's been fermented. Lecithin, while derived from soy, as a granule of purified/refined lecithin it has only 4% or less of actual soy in it. But with soy oil being there on the lable, that's much more soy.

Shelley:

So, lecithin granules have the same contraindications as pure soy, like bad for thyroid, estrogenic properties, etc.

And Shelley responded "Exactly" (can't quote from two posts at once!)

Just to clarify here - Shelley, you did you really mean that the capsules were as Roberto described above, but the granules were good for us? I love the granules!

Yes. Smile Gel capsules with soy oil is bad, but lecithin granules have no soy in them, they are 96% pure phospholipids. Smile
