Hiya Tony! Welcome to the forum. Smile

Most of the info on liver management is in the FAQ.

If your acne is mostly on the forehead, that's liver. Acne on other areas of the face and body are due to other factors. Please review the Acne notes in the Ailments section of the FAQ.

And you absolutely must start out with bowel management and properly hyrdate the body before you liver flush. You have to have some way to exit the toxins released by a flush very very quickly or you just re-absorb them all over again and make yourself really sick.

So figure out how you're going to flush the stones out (colonic, home enema/colema, fiber shake, salt water flush, Epsom salt flush), start drinking lots of Cleansing Drinks (see recipe in FAQ), read up about the basics of cleansing and healing crisis and paths of elimination, choose an intestinal cleanser, and THEN think about liver flushing. Smile

Hi Tony,
can you tell me what your diet is like? In particular do you avoid trans-fats and rancid oils?

I'm hesitant to recommend liver flushing without knowing what your diet is like.
