Hi,
I'm 6'1 and not overweight. I atempted a liver flush over two weeks ago but go nothing out. I suffer terrible dull headaches every day especially in the morning when i wake. I am also always fatigued and fel terrible. I have alot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and nearly always wake with phlegm in my nose and mouth.
I have tried everything to cure my illness or whatever it may be, but to no avail. Can anyone (and i really mean ANYONE) please help to suggest something?
If someone could suggest a way forward or if anyone else feels the same way please please post. I'm starting to think that this will never go away.

What else have you done besides the one liver flush? Sometimes, you just don't get stones. Did you do an enema after the flush, or anything to help flush your bowels? I have done 3 flushes and don't see any stones until I do something to flush them out.

I'm sure people here will have suggestions, but first you should tell us what you have already done, or are currently doing.

haven't done an enema and don't think i can! Would rather have oxypowder i think. Have had numerous mri scans and physio/doctor appointements but nothing yet. Have been on lower bowel balance for a week now and feel no better.
