| Well, I am starting today. I turned 24 yesterday and I think it's time to get back on track. I detoxed 2 years ago and lost 60 pounds, and I haven't gained it back, just about 10 of it probably, but I am just no longer healthy. My belly is constantly bloated. And I just don't feel right. So I got some triphala, and I will take 2 of those 2 times a day (1000 mg). I start today with just straight cleansing with fasting (what will I do with that chocolate chip ice cream cake from my birthday though?!?!?) haha, I am starting now. |

| well, can I just say that I LOVE triphala!!! I have been addicted to laxatives for over a year now, close to a year and a half, and this triphala works sooooo well. I cannot remember the last time I had a bowel movement like I have been having the past few days. With laxatives, I am sure most of you know, they can be very loose, but with triphala, it's normal and I am not on the toilet for long periods of time over and over again. I have been eating very well, haven't started the full detox yet because it was my birthday and I had ice cream cake ::cringes:: But I am starting this weekend since I don't work on weekends and I can focus on cleansing. More soon.... |

Daisy,
I'm just curious what brand of triphala you are using? My health food store only sells one brand and I didn't find it very effective. Thanks! Glad it's going well for you! |

| I am using Planetary Herbals 1000 mg 2 pills 2 times a day (4 a day total) got it from east west school of herbology online.... |
