Hi Shelley

do you think or have you heard that acupunture and tcm can help improve bowel function and rid the body of unwanted parasites. I'm feeling as though i need extra support through this process as i am having quite a few bad days lately especially after colonics etc. and i find acupuncture so relaxing, and that whole process helps emotionally.

cheers (a tired and fed-up with brain fog and general fatigue)

If you find it to be soothing, then go for it! Do whatever you can to keep comfortable.

I personally did not find it to be of much use during my struggles with candida. Once I was cleansed properly, however, it did help balance and support me. Now that I do MAP and flower essences I find them to be more powerful than acupuncture, but I'd still get acupuncture occasionally if it weren't so expensive because every modality has something that the others do not. I just never found that the benefits of acupuncture were worth the cost. If I get back into it I'll do it myself, hitting all the liver and gallbladder points. Wink

I personally think it's down to the therapist, whether it's effective or not. I've heard great things from some about how well it worked for them.

I had 7 sessions in a couple of months and all I can say is that I never felt worse in my life. Maybe it was a healing crisis ... but the therapist didn't know how to support that.
