Hi I'm godsbeloved79,
I've been doing some research on "water fasting", and cleansing the body. I'm starting my first fast tomorrow, I plan to go as long as my body will allow me. I need a FRESH start in many areas of my life. The first would be my spiritual walk, and I need to lose 40 pounds on top of that!
The Year of 2005, was only the beginning of what God has in store for me and my family. I have been very sluggish and I need a BOOST to get HIS work fulfilled in the Earth. I'm glad I found this place and I will be posting my Experiences here. |

I'm doing ok, but I haven't mastered my fast yet . I'm going to attempt to start another one tomorrow and go until my body needs food. Thanks for noticing that I hadn't posted in a while. I will keep you informed. |

why not start gradually?
from what i've read it's best to start with one day a week
like from friday evening until saturday evening in the beginning
also to start with veggie soups, broths and build up to strictly water
from there you can add a day or two and gradually build up to a week
instead of trying to do it all at once???
just a thought........
