Salt water flush before liver flush

If you're not using Epsom salts, is it OK to do a salt water flush on the day of a liver flush instead of a colonic or enema? Should I do this in the evening, say around 6, or might this interfere with the liver flush?

Also, does the liver flush still work if you're on your period?

It's fine to do a SWF the day of the flush. But this means you have to fast this day. I would do it at least 3 or 4 hours before taking the oil/juice.
