well i have been cleansing my body for some time now and i do feel better. i have been seeing a homeopathic dotor to help me along the way. i think the worst thing is the skeptics. they truly make you feel like you have no clue what you are doing and that it may be extremely dangerous to take herbal supplements. they just really get me down and although i know why i am cleansing and what is going on in my body, i never really know how to fight back. any help???
thanks,

If there's any advice I can give you, don't listen to the skeptics.
If I had, and had listened to all conventional medicine had to say I don't think I'd be here today. It is thanks to my naturopaths programme of detoxing me of heavy metals which had me very sick that I am here and she used homeopathy, herbalism and diet. Conventional doctors do not know the body or treat it as a whole, whereas they treat or mask the symptom, not getting to the root cause.
Listen to your body is the key. If you say that you are feeling better with the cleansing you're doing, you already know the answer young jedi!

I think we've all been down that road. I can tell you that I meet, all the time, some of those people who just don't believe that you can cure some of the diseases with healthy lifestyle and proper detoxing.
There's nothing we can do to change that.
If you're on detox and you see some positive results don't mind what the others say.
