Hi to everyone on this great forum!

I read that you shouldnt combine epsom salts with a liver flush if you intend to go for a colonic the day after.

I just want some clarification on this issue (Im intending to flush Wed and go for a colonic Thu).
Would it be ok to use epsom salts on the Wed (following the Clarke method) and then omit the early morning Thu epsom in lie of getting a colonic at 1pm?

Would the previous day's epsoms salts be out of the system by then and not interfere with the colonic?

Ideally I'd like to find a way to combine the two (I cant change the days around or have a colonic at a later date) so that I can use epsom and colonic.

Any ideas?

Hey, I think you would be fine if you just took the evening doses, and skipped the a.m. dose the day of the colonic. I'm just going on personal experience. If you want to be extra cautious, you could just take one dose the night before. The 2 times I've flushed, I've done one evening dose of ES, and then done a colema the next day and had no problem with cramping. Others may disagree. This is just my own experience.

Good luck.

If you're going to get a colonic the next morning, there's no real need to take much Epsom salts with the flush. What I would do is take just one dose, between 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon of ES, 2 hours before you take the oil. That will relax the bile ducts but shouldn't affect your bowels much.

Thank you both so much!
I also posted this on Curezone (I like to have lots of info) but these are definitely two of the best replies!

Ive been on a juice fast for 14 days and am beginning to feel pretty good, unfortunately Im going to have to break sometime this week, probably with the flush - I would have very much liked to have gone to 30 (some interesting things have come out of me!) but I have work commitments that will need me on form.

I will take your advice and do a regulated evening dosage and skip the ones next day. Hopefully I'll feel up to making the trip to get the colonic, my first flush and im nervous.

Wonderful site, thanks again.

You'll be fine! I've only just started with liver flushing myself, so I understand how you feel. Good luck.
