| I was wondering, does increasing the dose of oil make you release more stones? Shelley says to make 2 doses of oil/juice mixture, but I'm not sure if she means to double the dose so you've got 1 whole cup of oil, or to divide the 1/2-cup dose into 2 parts so you're drinking 1/4 each time. |

| Good question! I think she means a cup total, divided up into two doses. That's how I did it anyway. But I vomitted! So I'm also curious about people's experience with more or less oil. |

Hi Daisy and CJB,
Personally, I drink 2 halfcups of OO with 1 glass of grapefruit juice with each ˝ cup of oil. I have also taken ˝ cup of grapefruit juice and ˝ cup of lemon juice. To avoid feeling nauseous, I go on a four day prep. Prior to doing this I used to feel nauseous every time I drank the OO. So I guess the prep works for me. Read my blog in “Personal Online Journals” forum under the title “Preliver flush”.
Decreasing the amount of OO, I found also decreased the effectiveness of the flush, In fact with just ˝ cup of OO I got no results.
Also I find that the very next morning, I do not get the maximum amount of stones but usually on the second and third day after the flush, I see more stones after taking my enemas.
