i am planning to do a liver flush. first i want to do some parasite cleanse, and then start the gcg. the problem is though that i have food allergies towards grapefruit, lemons, and organge. almost anything citrus. is there any alternative? will this hurt the results of the flush?

I remember reading somewhere a liver flush recipe that used apple juice. I'm sorry I can't remember where it was. You could try googling liver flush. I think that's how I came upon it.

i have done some research on liver flush recipes and have found most use lemon/grapefruit. Unfortunately i have sensitivites toward apples too. i read something that had a flush that used classic coke and another w/ pineapple juice. Basically the lemon/grapefruit juice is just used to get the oil through the stomach faster into the duodenum. so would either of these work. i just don't want to make my liver worse by flooding it with juice i'm allergic too. any help?
