Hi all,

I have a ton of spices in my spice cabinet, and hardly get to use some of them properly. I use basil ALL the time, but I have stuff like coriander seed and garam masala that I would LOVE to use more but dont' know what to cook with. Even Oregano, I have no idea what to use it in except marinara/spaghetti sauces and i rarely make this from scratch!

I was thinking it would be cool if there was a cookbook out there that specifically focused on dishes with lots of herbs/spices, esp. the pungent ones that aren't as popular in american cuisine.

Does anyone happen to know of a cookbook like this?
