Hi!

I am into my first day of week one of the slow cleanse method, and took my lecithin granules + nut. yeast powder in a glass of carrot juice this morning. Then I had some hot cereal and a bit of cottage cheese for breakfast. Just realized there was no fat in the breakfast. How important is it to take the lecithin with a fat?

Thanks!

There IS fat in cheese, though! Smile

It's not a big deal. If you have trouble digestion fats or if you're doing liver cleansing, it's a good idea to take lecithin with any fat that you eat, but you can also take it without.

You're right, there is a tiny bit of fat in cottage cheese.

Ok, good to know that the fat part isn't that big of a deal.

Thanks!
