Oh...and how important is it to take gold coin grass too for the morning oil cocktail routine? I couldn't find that or the malic acid. So right now, I am taking 1 TB lecithin twice a day in carrot juice, 2 TB nutritional yeast powder in same juice once a day, drinking cleansing drink 2x day, eating 2 apples a day, and trying to eat the foods recommended in the recipe page.
Sorry for the many posts. Tomorrow will be my first full day of week one during the morning oil cocktail regimen and I just want to do it right.
Thanks! |

| If I were you, I would definitely consider getting GCG. It's very effective. Like I mentioned before, it's really important to break up the stones a lot if you're doing the slow liver flush. But apple cider vinegar has a lot of malic acid, so if you're drinking that in the cleansing drink, that's good. |

| Shoot, I really wanted to start week one of the slow cleanse today. If I order the GCG, I won't be able to. I've been drinking ACV now for over a month, about 1 TB 2x a day just in water. This week, I'll be drinking the same amount in the Cleansing drink, plus 2 fuji apples a day. Do you think that might be enough malic acid? At least for my first attempt at this cleanse? |

| Sure, you can try with just ACV. Maybe up the dose a little? 3 tablespoons a day? |
