Hello Nessie big welcome to you
I'm sorry you had such a bad flush. Before you do next one I just want to ask you couple of questions:
Have you done any bowel management prior to the flush?
Have you been taking any of the stone dissolvers prior to the flush?
What have you been eating the day after the flush?

| hi i have been taking some vitamins b4 hand that also contained artichoke which is apparently good for liver. i had done bowel cleansing with benotite and herbal mixture. i never got any plaque or whatever tho and i stopped because i felt that i was just getting more and more depleted of beneficail bacterial even tou i take primal defence. this candida thing is a nightmare. but anyway breskfast is always the same. pinenuts. sunflower seeds, nuts and linseed soaked in coconut milk. lunch i cant remember. i do get so confused on what to eat as some diets say def no grains ie millet, brown rice or buckwheat, and def no fruit etc. so i just live oon chic beef nuts seeds veges and soy yogurt (but soy supposed to be bad to) . im preety bored and have lost 7 kilos (i was def not overweight to begin with) i think most of my weight has been due to not absobing anything. i have alos done some coffee enemas since then. did one last mon and have def felt worse since then. i person think that i am well to over loaded in toxins. but not sure maybe my body just cant hadle to much messing around |

You may want to take Planetary Formulas Buplerum Liver Cleanse tablets. It contains liver cleansing/supporting herbs, and will help dredge the liver of bad fats, and other toxins.

Lots of the time psyllium and bentonite will clog you up even more... especially if you are a Vata. So for beginners, it's usually better to start off with an oxygen-based cleanser. Colosan and Oxypowder are the most popular. The oxygen will even create an environment usuitable for parasites and candida, but will help the good bacteria thrive. Have you tried incorporating coconut oil in your diet? Grapefruit Seed Extract can also help eliminate parasites, candida, and harmful bacteria.
Primal defense doesn't exactly populate the gut, but rather creates a better environment for the good guys. So it would be best to supplement with a good probiotic that contains human strains, as well as PD.

Have you checked out the links posted on the Candida forum? Shelley has all the information you need regarding diet and cleansing. Be sure to read though that. And you're right about soy... it's only good when it's fermented (as in tofu, miso, and tempeh). Sorry!
I'd stop the coffee enemas for now. They are pretty powerful, and can bring on some nasty symptoms if not cleaned out soon enough. Try flushing every 2-4 weeks, and make sure you do some sort of bowel cleansing before and AFTER. Colonics are the best way to go.
Don't forget to replenish the good bacteria after each flush... we have more microbes in our body than cells you know. If we are deficient, our immune system is little to none, and a myriad or problems will arise.
Best wishes. |

Great post h0ppy.
Thanks.
You reminded me I have to get back on my coconut oil.
You mentioned Primal defense and how it doesn't exactly populate the gut, but rather creates a better environment for the good guys. So it would be best to supplement with a good probiotic.
I think that is important and most people just assume that it is good enough on it's own. |

| Fennel is cleansing, and hiccups can be a reaction, or healing crisis, to toxins or any imbalance that affects the kidneys or electrolytes. |
