I am Liquid Fasting starting Monday November 14th.

I have been building up lately making sure I anm ready.

This is my day 4 of a cleansing fast.
Doing fine spirit and energy wise. Temperature is a issue it is chilly here in Canada.

I need to readdress this for management
I see a shadow under my left eye as well as some other skin issues.

Back to winter protocol and I am really looking forward to swimming and sauna time again.
Nothing more relaxing then a good swim and sauna and then walking out into the snowy night

I discovered a absolutely fantastic health store they carry so many fabulous things LOL

Yes I did spend a fortune today but I got to bring it all home with me and yeah I am on it and raring to go. woohoo!
They carry Solaray, Garden of Life, bioxy cleanse, triphala etc etc
In truth I had to stop looking around. Budget concerns, but I now know where I can get all my supplies locally, which will make everything easier and take away an excuse as to why I am not doing something.

I am on my third day of a Stabilized Oxygen protocol.

I am very bloated and this morning I woke with a dull headache and horrendous dark puffy bags under both my eyes. yuck.

This is new to me.
I occasionally have woken with a somewhat darkened crescent under my left eye but nothing like this.
I will keep with the protocol, but this is very discouraging.
I have a party thing evening with old friends in another city.
Perhaps it is a little bit vain but I like to look my best
and frankly this is not it. LOL

This stabilized oxygen - well it does do it's thing but I definitely am experiencing issues.

I have a terrible headache today. Dehydration I believe.. This moves a great deal of liquid through you and I have to work at staying hydrated.

I am sticking with it . I want to see the end of this bottle LOL

Wednesday I did a liver flush

very successful thrusday expelled the jade stones some chaff, a couple smaller tan stones.

but I had terrible issues Friday.
Late Friday afternoon I had nausea and a dull ache in my side. I felt queezy. My ezema flaired itchy.
did a bit of internevtion to see if there was a blockage.
I had a mass expultion Frinday evening of tan stones.
I think I had a bit of a blockage that I forces lose.
Now my guts are raw and over worked. I am going to go very liquid for a fewe days.

Well I am coming home.

Life has been strange to say the least.

I was lost for a while.

Then a phone call from a friend across the globe touched me.

It has taken a lot to get back but I am and focusing on finding my balance again.

A new chapter is beginning.


I started a simple fun venture with a friend and was plobt into a heck of a mess.
WHat is that saying? Fools rush in. LOL

Well this fool jumped in and disaster took over.

A 95 % sorted now.

I am focused and working on regaining who I am, and where I may head.

My sincere heartfelt apologizes, for any who suffered from my failer to live up to my agreements.

It is going to take me some time to regroup and catch up on things.
