19th Flush: I haven't done these in a while. But this has to be one of the most suckiest flushes ever. I only saw maybe 9 or 10 stones pop out. The past few weeks I've been breaking out again, some with cysts on my forehead. I also pierced my ears on my left lobe, and I think my body reacted badly to it.

Bah, I'd rather not write much about it. I dunno why I didn't get much stones out today. I did get a lot of mucus and sludge out but I really wish I could've seen better results.

No more stones, no improvement in your breakouts of acne then maybe it is time for you to try something different.

Try colon cleansing. Invincible (a member or exmember) had acne problems and found that liver flushing quit working for her. She switched to colon cleansing with better results.

Are you remembering to clean your colon after each flush? What about replacing the friendly bacteria that get flushed out each LF?
