What is healtier? Which method is the most efficient way to eat an egg for protein absorbtion? Please let me know Cool

raw eggs and just gently blended are best for maximum absorption. if u have to cook eggs, cook it lightly, so that the yolk doesn't solidify and the whites are just hard.
