Guess who I am going to see????
Deepak Chopra
Is who.
Timing is amazing.
I just last week picked up one of his books again,
determined to absorb more of it Then tonight I see a flyer at the library that he is giving a talk in my town.
AND I am going.
WHo Hoo
This makes up for not being able to go to the Rolling Stones Concert tonight ( I couldn't justify the expense for the Stones tickets.)
So Oct 1 I will be attending a reception first and then the talk.
I am so jazzed. |

Oh I was heart broken. I didn't get to go.
My ex husband was to pick up my son for an over night visit and canceled at the last moment.
My night was shot. My own fault for not having a back up for watching my son.
What an opportunity to miss.
I am not in a huge Metro so the idea that he was practically on my doorstep was a big surprise.
Oh well, who knows maybe someday I will have another chance. |

Starting a fresh cleaning fast today.
I am looking forward to refreshening everything.
I have a lot of stresses I am dealing with right now. I need to step away from a few and re balance. |

This is for me and a friend.
I found out this morning that a Friend passed away after a battle with breast Cancer.
35 years old. Single mom of twin toddlers. She did consulting work from home which allowed her to spend time with her babies. She was working at finishing her degree part time.
The tumor was found in July.
She fought bravely and quietly and never gave up hope or concern for others.
I am sad for all those that will miss this person. I was blessed to have known her. We met in March of this year. She was feisty and funny and kind.
She met a very good fellow around the time we first met. They got engaged, and the wedding was planned for this coming April.
I am sure I will spill many more tears and smiles when I think of you. Goodbye my friend. I will miss your humor, and spirit. |

Thank you so much.
It was a huge shock to us all.
I have been very busy with commitments to different events I have been involved in which was good to keep my occupied.
At points I have been enjoying myself and then felt a little guilt but then I know that is wrong. My friend would want us to be happy and live to the fullest we can, enjoying all the little things.
Sorry I have been away this week. I'll try to catch up on Sunday and see what's going on with everyone here.
I have all my supplies in and a starting my long cleanse Sunday that I have been gearing up for the past month with several progressive short fasts and bowel cleansing. I am going top do a series of liver cleanse every other week between now and Christmas. Who else is cleansing right now? |

Hi Harmony,
No words of mine can express my sorrow for your loss of a good friend. I have many, many losses so I realize that words mean very little. But for you I have a huge bear hug!
Loads of love
