Hello All,

I've been trying to find a source for brazil nuts (organic, in-shell), but I haven't found a reliable source. I try to get all my nutrients from the original food source rather than from supplements. So, I would like to take brazil nuts for selenium. I read that one should always buy nuts in shell because the nuts become rancid very quickly after it's shelled. If anyone knows where to buy nuts in shell, please let me know. Thanks.
