hey shelley...how are you.
well i believe i got my candida under control..been doing the diet for months now..and my coated tongue is about gone.
i'm still naturally detoxing from heavy metals...got rid of the whole Huggins stuff.
this is my problem....i got all my dental work done....<no metals>.
but, i was in the chair for so long that my subtle TMJ...came back with a vengence!. it's been almost 4 weeks since i've had it. it's on the right side and i take motrin all the time. i don't want any pain killers or muscle relaxers, cause they make you a zombie.
is there anything naturally that i can do to cut down the inflammation and occasionally spasms?<sometimes> it's horrible, cause it not only radiates on the jaw, but the head, ear,neck....my chiro says my neck is like a piece of cement.

thanx

Janey--geez, I thought someone would reply something--check out what I wrote to Chrysannia about her problem with twitchy muscles, because I think what I wrote about my experience might apply to your cement neck. Problems with muscles, especially twitching or stiffness, relate to a deficiency of blood and or body fluid (not just water body fluid), according to Chinese medicine. Also, please read my disclaimer about being a shiny new student of Chinese medicine. Diagnosis in Chinese medicine is amazing and considers many different aspects of your being.
Hoping you're well by now, Selma F.

Selma - a shiney new student of Chinese medicine. That is fantastic.
Please share where ever you can.

I would love to read more about your studies and what you are learning.

Thanks for catching this thread.

Hi Janey,

We have not heard from you and I am wondering how you are doing? I am sorry that you were completely ignored for two weeks. With many changes going on I am sure that you will forgive us. Could you please drop us a line and brings us up todate.

thank you so much for caring. well it's been 6 weeks...i've been taking advils less. i still get the pain especially when it's damp outside. i do the moist heat and prayer. i have a splint in my mouth i have to wear 24/7 for about 4 months till my bite gets adjusted.
it's a process...i don't enjoy it...

Janey good to hear from you.

I know that dampness this time of year can be an issue for us up here too.
Are you still working with the chiro?

I doen't envy you the splint, but you are right it is a process. (hugs)
