i recently got a hot cereal(bob's red mill, Mighty tasty gf hot cereal) is this alright for acne? It says it has corn and brown rice in it, so it may not be the most pitta friendly grains. Is it still ok to eat?

Also ive started to drink naked juice and its really good. Im starting on carrot only for now because its the only assuradly safe thing i believe i can drink. I wanted to try the blue berry one and Pomegranate juice. Is pomegranate ok?

Hi pinback, how are you Very Happy

So you've started juicing, that's great. Why you don't try beet juice with carrots. But beet has a very strong taste so one or the half is enough per glass. There's a lot of fruits that you can make juices from. Blue berry is great and pomegranate also. It's rich with vitamin C and is also an excelent energy booster and good antioxidant.

Here is the link that I've found about acne regiment and bob's red mill .

all the best,

Of course I don't mind Very Happy

Buckwheat is not the same as wheat, so if apart from acne you have Candida you can use it safely.
Quinoa is just great. It is low gluten also, so it's safe for Candida people as well as for acne. I think Shelley recommended it in acne treatment. Take a look at FAQ for more details.

have a great day,

ivana
