Hi Guys Very Happy

Just looking for some advice about about what cream I shoudl use when making Chicken Masala. I want the overall meal to be almost completely free of commercially added hormones and so I'll go for the Organic chicken, but for the cream I have no idea.

Perhaps creme fraiche will do as that's fermented?

Thanks! Razz

Oh you've just asked that Laughing
Since it's been fermented, it's lower in carbs/sugars, higher in probiotics, witch is great.
But, would suggest to watch on your tongue, if it get coated due to the diary, stop with diary for a while and try do drink some tea like Peppermint to help with cleaning your tongue.

Enjoy your meal
