Hi Klown,
I keep seeing this and that no one has answered yet.
I don't care for pancakes personally. Just never cared for them.
You say no sugar huh?
Can it be fruit?
If the natural sugars in the fruit are okay
then what about a blending a combo of berries with a little liquid stevia and you could add a bit of vanilla rice dream to make it creamier.
or
a sugar free nut butter - almond, cashew warmed up in a tiny bit of coconut oil and a couple drops of maple extract, and a couple drops of liquid stevia to sweeten it just a touch.
Let us know what you come up with |

Hi Klown Welcome to the forum!!!
Harmony gave you good fruit choice, I think I might give it a try myself
If you are on Candida diet and if you've past the first month you can take carob, molasses or maple syrup. These are the stuff that I've been using. My favorite for pancakes is carob. Taste just like nutela
Let us know how you how it was.
