| If I saw this exiting my body I would probably have a pink fit! But now I have seen it I know what it is and would be calmer. Please do post more (gross but helpful) pictures like this to ease peoples minds. |

ok...i remember that exiting my body from doing the cleanse 1 year ago and yes i was absolutely stunned to think that lived there.and relieved also.............my question is...does it build up again...
Is it to do with diverticulitis???? so if i dont get my colon smoothed out...this will appear again????
By the way the formula was the P&B shakes....and saw a result within 2 weeks...glad i stuck to it  |

| it shouldn't reform but you never know! that's why you have to do maintenance cleanses once a yaer. |

I was looking into doing some kind of cleanse to get this stuff out but I have since become a little skeptical

well a lot skeptical to be fair
Im terrified of doing more harm than good with these cleanses etc., I know some of this stuff can really help but I find it so hard to decide what's real and what isn't

Talk to a colonicist. They've seen mucoid placque from people who have never taken a fiber shake in their life. Read Bernard Jensen's book, he has tons of photos from people who have used enema buckets and colema boards - and no psyllium, and got out intensely gross stuff.
Having said that, not everyone has mucoid placque. I sure didn't. But every time I did a colonic or enema I cleansed out toxins that were not fibrous, that couldn't leave any other way but thanks to introducing fluids. Usually it looks yellow like urine. That definitely should NOT be there. |

| Yep when I do enemas its yellow stuff like thicker / darker urine that comes out, but my BM are normally quite yellow anyways :/ |
